SHIPPING:
- Normal time: within 25-30 days (It usually takes about 30 days delivery from November to the next year may because of the time frame is shopping season.)
- Rush order: within 20 days or Earlier, please add $30.00
- Packing: in order to save your shipping cost, each dress will be packed tightly with water proof bag .
- Shipping: by USPS, UPS or DHL.
- Payment: Paypal, Credit card, bank transfer, western union and so on.
My dream is to see the smile of each girl who wears the beautiful dress i make for them. But maybe sometimes i can not cater to all the taste of girls, some customers want to return or get a refund for the dress.
Here are some points you should pay attention to!
Refund Policy:
Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Wrong style, Damaged dress- 100% Refund or remake one or return 50% payment to you, you keep the dress.
Please notice, if i make the dress size wrong, the dress can be returned or exchanged, but if you chose the wrong size, sorry to tell you that the dress can not be returned as each dress is made to order. hope your understanding. 🙂
In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow my guide:
1. Contact me within 2 days of receiving the dress.
2. Provide me with photos of the dress to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies incorrect style and color etc. If the dress size has some problem, please kindly offer me the professional tailor’s measurements with tapes on it for the bust, waist and hips to demonstrate I made the dress measurements wrong before contacting me. Thanks very much!
3. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.
4. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.
5. If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive.
6. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.
VERY IMPORTANT:
1. Please kindly check the dress with the courier face to face to guarantee the dress is in good condition.
2. For the color difference, I have to admit, it is a nerve racking problem. And the color difference can be caused by the different computer setting, the Screen Resolution and so on. Some color difference can not be avoid for online shopping. And if you choose to make the dress in black but i made the dress in red, then it is my problem, i will make a new dress for you or refund you 50% for the wrong color. But for the difference of white and ivory, it is very small difference and some customers may think the ivory dress i made for her is white, but indeed it is ivory. In her heart, she needs a more darker color, then she needs to choose the color beige but not ivory. Please kindly make it clear when choosing the dress color. Or you can contact me if you have any color problem before placing the order.
3. For the fitting, if you have gain or lost weight after you offered me the measurements, please kindly alter the dress in your local tailor’s shop instead of sending back the dress for return.
